Dr. Mitra will be relocating her family practice to Symphony Health in North Vancouver, effective September 1, 2025.
 
As Dr. Mitra is designated as your family physician, you are warmly invited to continue your care with her at her new clinic:

Dr. Mitra has had the privilege of getting to know many of the patients as part of her previous practice share with Dr Hasinoff.  Unfortunately, her practice is full and she is unable to take any further patients.
