Dr. Gaede is pleased that Dr. Mary Glen is joining her practice and will be working in the office on a regular basis. 
Dr. Glen received her Bachelor’s degree from U of Vic and completed her MD and residency training at UBC. 
Dr. Glen has worked as a locum family physician since 2014. In addition she works at the Lions Gate Maternity Clinic providing care for people throughout their pregnancies.

Dr. Lisa Gaede received her Bachelor’s degree from McGill University and her MD and CCFP from the University of Alberta where she did additional skills training in Women and Children’s Health. Dr. Gaede moved to North Vancouver at the turn of the century and has had her family practice here since then. She has been an active member of the North Shore Division of Family Practice and is a Past Chair of the Board. She currently leads several committees for the Division including MDs4Wellness, GP/Specialist and Dine and Learn. She is the Board Co-Chair for Pathways Referral Association and a Past President of the BC College of Family Physicians. She is the family physician representative to the Doctors of BC Representative Assembly and a Clinical Instructor for UBC. She has an interest in Physician health and in improving our system to provide better care to patients.
When away from work Dr. Gaede enjoys the outdoors and spending time with her family.

Dr. Gaede is serving as the Medical Director at the North Shore Medical Group for 2025.
