Dr. Howard segued into medicine at the University of Toronto after completing her MSC in Pharmacology & Therapeutics at the University of British Columbia and postgraduate studies at Cambridge University. She also completed a fellowship in Obstetrics while in Toronto. Dr. Howard then moved to Calgary where her husband completed his surgical residency and they started their family. She moved back home to North Vancouver in 2004 and started her practice in 2006. She is proud to support a diverse practice, of all ages, and conditions and feels honoured to care for her patients. She loves her job, but when not at work, Dr. Howard enjoys time with her family, travel, playing hockey, and enjoying all that Vancouver has to offer.
