Outdoor Flu Shot Clinic 2022

Dear patients, 

Please be advised that we are now ready to run our annual outdoor flu clinic. This will run behind the building in the outdoor parking lot.

You can’t miss us- we will be set up with tents and tables.

• Shots are reserved for NSMG patients only and for those aged 10 and older.
• You are asked to wait in the area for 15 minutes after receiving your shot.
• All individuals must wear a mask.
• You may not be vaccinated by your own Physician, but one from the group.
• Please note that the number of doses we have available to administer each day is dependent on how many doses Public Health provides us. We will try our best to keep the website regularly updated with doses and any important information. Please check the website before you leave to come and get your shot at our outdoor clinic.
• For children under the age of 10, please contact your doctor’s office.
• Please bring your health card and appropriate clothing for waiting outside.
• Appointments will NOT be booked ahead of time. This will be on a walk-in basis. ​

For patients of Dr. Chow, Dr. Segal and Dr. Haaf, the dates and times are as follows:

• Saturday October 15th 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm
• Saturday October 22nd 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm
• Saturday October 29th 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm
• Saturday November 5th 9am-12pm & 1pm-4pm

​For patients of Dr. Hasinoff, Dr. Howard, Dr. Gaede and Dr. Clark, the dates and times are as follows:

• Saturday October 15th 9am-12pm
• Saturday October 22nd 9am-12pm
• Saturday October 29th 9am-12pm
• Saturday November 5th 9am-12pm

​For patients of Dr. Lee, Dr. Corcoran, Dr. Sambor and Dr. Hislop, the dates and times are as follows:

• Saturday October 15th 1pm-4pm
• Saturday October 22nd 1pm-4pm
• Saturday October 29th 1pm-4pm
• Saturday November 5th 1pm-4pm
